Bridle Gate Homeowner's Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors following a Declaration of Covenants. The current Declaration of Covenants was revised, adopted and recorded in 2006.
There are situations where the Board will issue a special exception, for example when homeowners are having work done, or when a special need causes a boat to need to be in a driveway longer than allowed. In these type of situations we ask that you call a Board member to request an exception.
Violations are first warned by letter and or phone and then we follow the state statutes for HOAs and issue fines per their guidelines.
